When is Hanukkah?
Hanukkah begins at sundown on the 25th day of the month of Kislev on the Jewish calendar and lasts for eight days. On the Gregorian calendar, Hanukkah always occurs in late autumn or early winter -- November or December. Hanukkah 2007 begins at sundown on December 4th.
